PPT’s engineering team has over a century of combined experience in material selection, tooling design and manufacturing process development. We work closely with our customers, providing Design for Manufacturability (DFM), material review and selection for each new design. Our in-house machining capability improves the overall efficiency and quality of the development process and allows us to quickly respond to our customers prototyping requirements. We believe strong technical core competencies and ability to “think outside the box” are an essential part of the new product introduction process. Tooling Design

We understand the importance of developing the appropriate tooling up front in order to ensure the end product will consistently meet our customers specifications. Our engineers and machinists collaborate with our customers during the entire development process. We incorporate pre-production testing for every tool we develop, which saves time and money.

Custom Fixturing
